Prices

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Intro prices: a small drawer (up to 40 × 50 cm inside) is $35, and a full-size kitchen drawer (up to 60 × 60 cm inside) is $59. Bigger drawers are priced one by one: we email you the price before you pay. Each price includes the full organizer, made for your drawer.

Shipping and delivery

We deliver anywhere in Canada, with tracking. We aim to deliver to your address within 2–⁠7 business days of your order being confirmed. Delivery times are estimates. Shipping is shown before you pay, and we email you the tracking number when it ships. We don’t ship outside Canada yet.

Payment

You pay by card when you send your design (for bigger drawers, once we email you the price). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. Your order page shows what you paid.

Your design

The design you send, with your drawer size, is what we make. Before you pay, you confirm the inside size of your drawer. You can change your design on your order page for 2 hours after you order. We check your size against it first; if anything needs to change, we email you before we make it.

Timing

We check your size and email you within a day of your order. If your organizer isn’t ready 30 days after you paid, you may cancel for a full refund.

Cancellation and refunds

Changed your mind? Email [email protected] within 24 hours of paying and we refund you in full. After 24 hours your organizer is being made for your drawer, so there are no change-of-mind refunds. Anything that arrives broken: we remake that piece free.

Fit guarantee: doesn't fit? We remake it free.

We check your photos before we design. If your set doesn't fit your drawer wall to wall, or doesn't match the design you sent, we make it again free, including shipping. If the second set still doesn't fit, we refund what you paid in full.

We make it again for half the set's price where something you told us was wrong: a different drawer from the one photographed; a rail, lip or obstruction we asked about that wasn't mentioned; or a photo taken against our written steps after we flagged it. If we measured from photos we accepted and got it wrong, the remake is free.

Claim within 30 days of getting your set by emailing a photo to [email protected]. This doesn't limit your rights under consumer law.
