What we collect

Your name, your email or phone number, your town, your drawer photos, your layout and what goes in the drawer, and page events such as which buttons were tapped. We don't store card details.

With each form we also record which ad or link brought you: campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), Facebook's click ID (fbclid), the page version you saw, and whether you used an in-app browser.

Why

To design and make your set, to ship it to you, and to answer you. Also, only if you ask: news emails if you tick that box, and one email when cabinets open if you join that list.

Who processes it

These services handle parts of it and may store data outside Canada: FormSubmit (formsubmit.co, form-to-email relay that emails us your details and photos, United States); our email host, Microsoft 365 (photos you email arrive there); Cloudflare (hosting, and it stores your order, your design and the photos you send through this site); Stripe (card payments: it handles your card, we never see the number); Resend (sends our order emails, United States); Meta (Facebook messages, if you send your photos there, and ad measurement once it is switched on).

Anthropic (Claude), United States, helps us lay out your set from the list of what goes in, and may help read your drawer photo. It gets the drawer photo with everything else blanked, and that list. Never your name or email. If we ever use another AI provider, for example to make an illustration of your drawer, we name it here before we use it.

When you open this page, your browser also contacts Google Fonts (the type) and, if you tap “Turn it in 3D”, jsDelivr or unpkg (the 3D viewer). They see your IP address, as any website you load does.

Location data

Photos come to us by email, through the form on this site (via FormSubmit), or by Facebook message. We save a copy without the location and delete your message within 7 days. To keep your location private from the start: on iPhone, tap Options at the top of the share sheet and turn Location off. Anything in a photo other than the drawer and the paper is blanked before any AI step.

How long we keep it

Photos are deleted 90 days after you get your set, or sooner if you ask. If you don't order, we delete your details and photos 12 months after our last message. Order and payment records are kept 6 years, because the Canada Revenue Agency requires it.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop news emails. You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
